Hey Folks,
I’m very pleased and humbled to announce a great bunch of nominations for the upcoming East Coast Music Awards in March. This community has been insanely supportive and when I set out making a triple record I did ponder the serious possibility of it being “career suicide”. Thanks for putting my mind at ease. Despite this being a “solo” record, the Emergency (Dave Marsh, Chris Pennell and Peter Elkas) are a big part of my rock and roll live show so I’d like to thank them for their involvement this year. A big congratulations to Dave for his smokin’ record “The True Love Rules” being nominated for both Rock Recording and Male Solo Recording of the Year. I’m as proud of my involvement in that record as I am my own. Also a big thank you to Rose Cousins, Ana Egge and my father, Bill, who all play a big part on Three. Rest assured, this isn’t going to my head. I still have to make the bed everyday and White Fang really could care less about who I am as long as I give her a midnight snack.
