The immensely talented Rebecca Kraatz, creator of many a JP album cover, has a new graphic novel called Snaps, available here. She is having a book signing shindig this Thursday June 16th from 7-9pm at the Carleton on Argyle Street in Halifax. There will be a playlist of music from the years 1939-1941 selected by Tracy Stevens, legendary bass player for Dogfood, A.R.E., Black Pool, The Joel Plaskett Emergency Band, Lil Orton Hoggett and his Ten Cent Wings and Al Tuck and No Action.
