Hey All,
I’m stepping away from social media to free up some space and focus more on music and spending time with family and friends. My social media accounts will still be active with information about tour dates and music but I plan to post more of my personal thoughts here. We will link from twitter when a new post goes up if you are following me there.
I’m in the midst of working on a record that I’m excited about. More on that as the year progresses but it’s looking like it will be released next spring.
In the meantime here are a few thoughts for the evening.
1. Devon Sproule and Mike O’Neill made a great record years ago called Colours that’s spinning as I write this. Here’s song from it.
2. Tim Bousquet and the Halifax Examiner are doing really important work these days. I’d suggest subscribing because good, independent journalism that isn’t beholden to corporate interests is hard to find. www.halifaxexaminer.ca
3. I’m looking forward to our Emergency show in Sydney this Thursday at the Makin’ Waves fest. It’s free so come on down!
4. There’s a beautiful full moon this evening. Couldn’t take a good picture but here’s proof if you can’t step outside or it’s raining where you are. 100% waning gibbous.
